New CT Scanner Suite
This project consisted of converting an existing 1,700 sqft shell space into a new 1,000 sqft CT Scanner Suite and 700 sqft of Admin Office, including a new patient holding/prep space, patient restroom, control room, and scanning room. With a site constraint for a future build-out, the footprint was limited for the program, but our team was able to fit the required elements while providing optimal workflow for the client.
