Fountain Renewal
Palo Alto, CA
Project Overview
Fountain Renewal
This project involved the rehabilitation of an existing 3,000 sqft fountain due to cracking and spalling of the existing pebble finish over hard substrate, causing major leaking of water. The scope included replacing the existing spray bar nozzles, repair of cracks and resealing of joints, replacement of existing aggregate finish with new flexible traffic coating, and new tile boarder. While the fountain was not considered historical, special consideration was taken to replicate the design of the existing finish to maintain the same look and feel.
