About the Role
PHD Architects is seeking a highly experienced and design-driven Senior Architect to join our team. This role requires a strong leader who can guide projects from concept through construction while maintaining design integrity, technical excellence, and clear communication with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural projects across all phases, from schematic design to construction administration

Oversee design development, technical documentation, and coordination with consultants

Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements, budgets, and timelines

Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative studio environment

Maintain strong client relationships and represent the firm in meetings and presentations
Qualifications

Professional degree in Architecture

Licensed Architect preferred

8+ years of professional experience

Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and built work

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent communication and leadership skills
